Who is Gearloom for?: Auto service shops: wraps, paint protection film, window tint, ceramic coating, detailing and similar work. It is built around quoting, installing and following up, not selling cars.
Do I need a website already?: No. Every shop gets a website at yourshop.gearloom.app the moment it signs up, with starter pages you can edit. On Pro it can run on your own domain instead.
What happens after the free trial?: You're billed for the plan you chose, monthly or yearly. You can change plan or cancel before the 14 days are up and you won't be charged.
How do customers pay?: Through your own Square account: you connect it in Settings, and deposits and invoices are paid by card straight to you. Gearloom never touches the money.
Can my team use it?: Yes. Starter includes 3 logins and Pro is unlimited, with owner, admin and staff roles so everyone sees what they need.
Is my data mine?: Yes. Each shop's customers, quotes and messages are kept separate from every other shop's, and are yours.
